Come visit our storage
No appointment required. We will go through any questions you may have, like “Should I keep it, will I be better off to sell it or donate it?”. We are always looking for the most economical solution for you because if you're happy, we're happy. For answers to all the most frequently asked questions go to our FAQ page.
We will happily guarantee your storage unit is ready for you on the day you require it. With a $50 reservation fee, we will hold your storage for you and this $50 is then deducted from your first month's rent.
Organise your move
We can help you with everything, recommended removalists, furniture truck hire, moving packers and all your boxes and packaging. From our moving supplies page you can make a checklist of the cardboard boxes, moving boxes and packaging you need and automatically send it to us. We get it ready for you to collect. Or just bring the checklist with you!
Storage move in
Complete your storage contract anytime prior, or on your moving day. We will require photo identification. We are here to guide you all the way, through packing, removals and storage. Pay for one month's storage, or more if you choose.
I want to access my storage
No problem! Just give us 24 hours notice via phone or email and we will have your storage ready and waiting for you.
Paying for my storage
There are a few choices. We can email your invoice every month 10 days before it is due. You can set up a bank transfer for the storage amount every month. We can debit your storage fee from your credit card every month (with no fees) and send you the paid receipt, this is the most convenient and avoids any late fees.
I no longer require the storage
We ask for 7 days notice to advise us that you no longer require storage. On your move out day we will refund to you any storage fees you have paid in advance.
