I was a client of AAA Storage for the last 6 years (how time flew) and experienced nothing but professional and cheerful customer service and excellent communications via phone and email. AAA Storage are very customer focused and you somewhat feel a part of the AAA Storage family so to speak.
The property in my storage units was well cared for and I never experienced any issues whatsoever. The storage units are contained in a massive warehouse which helps protect against things like bugs and the elements which other storage facilities by design may not be able to match. You are also provided with inexpensive insurance options too, for additional peace of mind.
Access to the storage units is as easy as sending through an email the day before asking for them to be made available. If you run out of time on the day and need access the following day or over a number of days they will leave the storage units in place for you. You can even drive into the warehouse to so that your vehicle is right next to your units for easy transfer of items to/from the units.
I was able to purchase two strong padlocks for my storage units from AAA Storage on my first day which saved me from having to run around trying to find the right lock and saved me from worry over buying the wrong lock. AAA Storage also provide you with much of your packaging needs too and have samples/examples in the office.
I highly recommend AAA Storage to anyone looking for long term or short term storage. I also used one of the removalists they recommend and they were absolutely fantastic to deal with also.
